Ok so if you go in the newspaper and go to page: B8, then open the classified folder, THEN click classified in the background, it comes up that the director is proud that we decoded herberts message (even though we didn’t). Then it says the message we apparently decoded. In the messager it says: “I’ll se you on May 18.” This probably means the new mission wil be then, but who knows?
